Jordan Cole Twiggs is a California native, who has recently located to the Fort in Colorado. Usage of photographic equipment is most likely how his view of the world is recreated, but you might catch him spending too much time on a computer for design work. In the end, as long as he's on a bicycle, you can call him successful.
